Trek to Taste features an array of tasty treats to sample after (or during) a long hike!  The food is presented as samples, so hearty appetites may want to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy. 

Sandwiches and lunch items to go can be ordered locally in Woodstock from the Mountain Creamery, The Mon Vert Cafe, Soulfully Good, The Village Butcher, or the Woodstock Farmers Market.

Places to spread out a blanket for a picnic include but are not limited to:  the lawn or garden area of the Mansion at the park; overlooking the Pogue pond; at the top of South Peak with a great view; the Horse Shed Meadow, the meadow at the Nordic Hut
